Ultrasonic-atomizer/fogger 5 ring
The fog unit is the most famous way to increase the humidity. It is on offer in different variations, whereby the basic principle is always the same.
Fogger works similar to medical inhalator - with a swinging ceramic membrane. Due to the ultrasonic water will be atomized to fine water fog, which will be optimal absorbed by the dry room air in dependence on humidity and temperatue 0.25 to 2 liters nebulization per hour - this measurement belongs to a fogger with a membrane. The ultrasonic is located in a harmless frequency range of 1.7 MHz for human and animal.
The ceramic membrane can be cleaned very easily and is exchangeable by everybody.
A crystal salt-ionizer, also called brine atomizer, offers the double advantage for interested parties. This innovative ultrasonic unit can not only atomize water, but rather due to his specific vibration frequency and additional chrystal salt he can produce a fascinating brine fog. In contrast to the common fogger, this machine have available a specifically sensor electronic and a membrane with a special alloy, adjusted to the specific requirements of the bring atomization.
Unfortunately there are again and againn the same misunderstandings concerning the technic of these units:
That in fountains used fogger is a ultrasonic-atomizer, which change COLD water in COLD water vapour. This happens due to a ceramic membrane golden slice which get in vibration and divide the water in the ultrasonic range fine up, that fog originates.
The principal is very similar to the classic room air condition humidifier, but these ones are equipped with a fan, which spread the fog into the circulating air.
By a fogger in a fountain such a fan is not available. Due to that the cold fog falls down to the ground, which brings an increasing humidity around the fountain.
We recommend to position the bowl for the fogger into adequate height minimum 80 cm from the ground, or onto a concerning humidity non-sensitive surface. Otherwise it will strengthen mold formation on furnitures, walls or parquets.
